SAW Development was founded by Scott Woodrey, a South Florida native who grew up admiring the versatility of coastal architectural and interior styles. His vision was simple: provide a simplified, consistent home-building experience of the highest quality. Scott enjoys being hands on in bringing your design concept to reality, and takes pride in moving quick and doing things the right way the first time around. SAW Development has had customers all over South Florida, but has specialized in Delray Beach new construction homes over the last 5 years, expanding alongside the ever-growing Lake Ida community.
